Tiffany Dubinsky (Moderator)
Principal Planner, RRTPO
Tiffany is a Principal Planner at the Richmond Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RRTPO), a regional forum for cooperative transportation decision-making and management of the development of transportation plans and programs such as the Metropolitan Transportation Plan, Transportation Improvement Program, and Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) and Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program. In her seven years of work as a planner, she has developed a diverse background and work experience with a focus on regional transportation, leading to her current role as project manager for the 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from James Madison University, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, and is a member of the American Planning Association and American Institute of Certified Planners.
